SJ's Studio Apartment
The studio is cozy and comfortable with terracotta tiles, exposed brick walls and big sliding windows. The studio is secure, with a separate entrance leading to it. A private balcony is also the perfect area to have some quiet time.
The apartment is fully furnished, with clean towels and bedding provided on arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery. The HD television is fitted with DSTV Premium and guests have access to unlimited WiFi.
The enclosed shower is fitted with a water saving shower-head, as well as a heater and extractor fan. The bedroom area is furnished with a bedroom suite and built-in cupboard, with a vanity area. The above-counter plug fits two prong and standard plugs, as well as a USB charging port. In the lounge area, the sleeper couch folds out into a double bed.
The apartment is positioned to receive morning sunshine, warming it up for the rest of the day. The suburb is relatively quiet and safe, and security measures are in place to keep the house secure.

I grew up in Cape Town and my family currently resides in the same area we moved to when I was 5 years old. I am the eldest of three children and I manage the family business.
Why they chose this property
This property has been part of our family home for the last 12 years. We decided to renovate the upper level into comfortable small homes for families to stay in while they're on holiday.
What makes this property unique
The studio was built and decorated with family comforts in mind. We also took into consideration that guests would appreciate a cozy place to rest that is also easy to keep tidy and needs minimal fuss when they go out. The area leading to the studio is entirely private and the property itself is in a very safe area. The neighbourhood is quiet and makes it an ideal place to rest and relax in peace.
