Marissa, thank you for staying with us in Bentonville and sharing your positive feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your visit and look forward to welcoming you back!
The home is beautiful but the main living space was unusable from 3pm on due to sun and heat. We were there during hot weather but it wasn't anything the area doesn't always experience and the a/c could not remotely keep up with the heat. There are just 3 mini-splits (2 in bedrooms) and there are no coverings on the huge living room windows so it was easily 85-90 in the LR. Even if it hadn't been hot, the sun alone was blinding in the afternoon (it faces West). It absolutely needs solar coverings on those huge windows at any time of year for the space to be usable in the afternoon and early evening. We were there for my birthday and couldn't even eat my birthday meal at the dining table or gather in the LR--we hid out in the bedrooms the entire time. The office was also unusable after 11am as it has no mini-split. The property managers' response to our concerns was curt and not what we'd expect (as hosts ourselves); I don't feel it's possible they haven't already gotten this feedback.

The heat in the main living space during that stay is fair to raise. That stretch ran over 100 degrees, which is at the top end of what we get here, and the west-facing glass in that room makes an afternoon like that harder. We are looking into solar shading for those windows, even though conditions that extreme are rare. Thank you for laying out which rooms were affected and when, because that kind of detail is what makes feedback usable. We would welcome the chance to host you again.
