The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn out all lights and set the thermostat to 80 degrees if air conditioning season or 58 degrees if heating season before exiting the property. It helps us keep costs down.
Place all used towels in the shower in the bathrooms with the washer and dryer. Please do not take the sheets and comforters off the beds.
A broom and a vacuum are stored in the cabin. Please do a basic cleaning before you leave. Should you choose to use the grill, please empty cooled ashes appropriately. We cannot grant late checkouts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Took my son and his friends on a week long vacation at the beach. 5 Bros and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. The house was clean and neat as well as in a great location. We'd definitely stay again. The host was friendly and very good at communicating.

The beach is within walking distance, so if you forget anything is easy to walk back and get it. My wife loved her morning walks as they featured soft sand and beautiful sun rises. Bring mosquito repellent as it's always needed.
