The property is very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. House was clean with plenty of seating, a nice roomy kitchen for cooking, with all the necessities needed. Beds were comfortable. I traveled with my father, adult son, best friend, and dog. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Chicago.

The location was good. When we got in the house nets were everywhere. We let the person know about they never responded. The house was not that clean. Dog hair was all over the couch and the twin bedroom smelled like a dog.

The house is in a nice quiet and safe area. The description is accurate. It can accommodate 6 overnight guest with 2 guest sleeping on the full-size futon.The complimentary coffees and teas were very nice, and the snack drawer was a particularly nice surprise.Communication respons was fast and the only issue we had, upon check-in, was resolved quickly, even at night time. Other than that, the check-in was great and I loved that the code was purposely set up with a number that I would remember. I would recommend this rental 100%
