The Space:

The home features a bright, modern kitchen, brand-new bathrooms, and roomy living areas perfect for gathering. The large fenced backyard offers plenty of space to unwind or play, and families will love being just a short walk from a neighborhood playground and the Alamo Drafthouse.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the detached garage which owner uses for storage and one locked cleaner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

A family friendly neighborhood that is walkable to the Alamo Draft House Theater, bakery, (opening soon) Trugalug's Handmade Chocolate and more!



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this conveniently located craftsman. You will be minutes from downtown Raleigh’s dining, shopping, and entertainment, with quick access to major roads for exploring the greater Triangle area. Walk to the Alamo Drafthouse, shops and nearby playgrounds, or take a short rideshare to downtown hotspots. Free onsite parking makes coming and going simple.



Other Things to Note:

Guests cane bring up to two dogs with a $100 pet fee. We do not allow cats or any other pets other than dogs.
