We both grew up next to Texas A&M and I (Jim) graduated from A&M in 1989. We then entered service with the USAF where I was a pilot retiring after 23 years. Lisa stayed busy raising our 4 children. We then moved back to College Station and I finished my career flying for United Airlines. We retired in 2026. Lisa and I only rent out this house next to campus 14 days a year.

Why they chose this property

This is the best neighborhood in town to experience Aggieland. The home is directly across from Brison park, which is also directly across George Bush drive from the new Aggie Park. This is a great neighborhood to take a walk.

What makes this property unique

The location is unbeatable. The home is brand new and has premium furnishings, large porches, and a luxury en-suite bath for each of the 4 bedrooms, and a space for a larger outdoor gathering if needed. There is dedicated parking for up to 8 cars, which is a valuable amenity on game day.
