This luxury beachfront property features sweeping views of the beach, Avalon bridge and boat traffic. Amenities include: central air, fully equipped granite/stainless kitchen with ice maker, garbage disposal & dishwasher, WiFi, three cable TVs, DVD/Blu Ray, private outdoor shower, ample off street parking, garage available for storage (bikes, wagons, beach chairs, etc.), washer/dryer, and outdoor shower.

The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street. Jitney Service along Ocean Drive can also get you anywhere in Sea Isle.

The Townsend Inlet section of Sea Isle is a short ride away from amusements, golf, water parks, the Cape May County zoo, and casinos and shows in Atlantic City.

Let us know how we can help plan make your vacation carefree. We have been renting Sea Isle beach homes to families for over 35 years. If you need any advice on things to do for grown-ups, kids, families, golfers, bikers, foodies or fisherman, please ask!

While tenants are responsible for cleaning the unit (sweeping, wiping, emptying trash, etc, unless choosing the additional cleaning fee of $175), we hire a service between each tenant who will ensure that the house is cleaned and disinfected for every guest.

Four bedrooms/two bathrooms. 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 2 Bunk sets. Sleeps 10.

High Chair Available Upon Request.

This is the upper unit of a Top/Bottom duplex and is up two flights of exterior stairs. The living space is all on one floor.

This is strictly a family rental; no groups. If it is discovered that pets have been in the house, entire security deposit will be kept.
If cancelled, we may partially refund your deposit less a $250 processing fee, if the period can be re-rented. (credited after the rental period)

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for some much needed rest and relaxation. The property is great and had everything we needed. It is very close to the beach although laying out on the deck surrounded by oceanviews made it hard to leave the house! We would definitely stay again.

Jersey Shore Wedding stay
This property was in excellent shape except for a few minor details, which the property owner took care of. Did not read the final contract about linens not being provided but it got worked out. This property is a little bit older but in excellent shape, and definitely in one of the best locations in SIC. We would definitely stay here again

First time at 93rd Street
Although this was our 38th season in Sea Isle City, this is the first time we've been so close to the beach with such an extraordinary panoramic view of the ocean and the sky. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to return next year.

The view from the porch was outstanding. The location could not be beat. It was relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Sea Isle. Would definitely do again.

Perfect location and view!
The location of this property and the views can't be beat. We had a terrific time and all went well. Good communication with owner. The home is as described. There were some minor maintenance issues that I felt should have been checked/addressed beforehand. This did not detract from our vacation. Outdoor shower was great and spacious garage with many beach items available. Some things to note: - The unit downstairs had smokers who continued to smoke on their even though they were reminded a few times this is a no smoking property. This was a bummer when we would have morning coffee on the deck or in the evening. - Some things are dated, which is no t an issue. Just mentioning for those who are picky. Brown wooden doors, no filtered water on frig. - This is a 3rd story unit as stated in description. It was an climb and the stairs are wide and sturdy with lighting. If you have someone much older or disabled - keep the stairs in mind. - With the salt water and wind and storms difficult to keep a shore property fully intact 100% of time. Still recommend checking all lights between tenants. Also ensure shower sliders are clean and smooth, and screen door slider actually slides. Recommend cleaning the upper and lower tracks of the showers. - Note also that no linens are provided. I was a bit surprised that no outside linen service (for a fee) was recommended. It was a lot to lug all linens and towels. - Maybe we were the first renters of the season but some basic items one usually finds were not there - not even an initial plastic liner in the kitchen trash can, aluminum foil, etc. - The place was clean though I did find crumbs in one of the kitchen cabinets which was a mild bummer. All said - one goes to the beach for comfortable stay, great views, and proximity to beach. This place had all of that!

Why they chose this property

We had been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for generations and decided to purchase in Townsend Inlet for its easy access to activities, restaurants and retail, while being in a less crowded, more family-friendly end of town. Our home is the perfect spot for families; a quick walk to everything from take-out to fine dining, convenience stores to surf shops, parasailing to playgrounds.

We have continuously renovated and updated this home. You will find it meticulously maintained and well-equipped. The open layout with a sunny deck to enjoy the views is the perfect place to bring your family together.

The location is unmatched! The panoramic views of the waves, boat traffic and drawbridge against the Avalon skyline are spectacular. The beachfront, corner lot location on a semi-private cul-du-sac services just 3 homes. Take your pick: to the left, the guarded beach offers strolling ice cream and waves, to the right, more solitude and great fishing.
