Apartment Botta pool floor

The apartment is the ground level of a 3 level villa, with a beautiful sea-view. The apartment is perfect for 2 guest, but it can easily accommodate 4 guests. Roofed terrace kitchen, one bedroom and a living room with two sofa-beds. Near Split
The pool and garden area is used by all of the guest of the house. The pool area has a grill, loungers and table with chairs for all guest to use. The garden has a smoker grill, loungers, a playhouse for children and fruits, herbs and vegetables.

If you have really small children please note that there are areas with no fences and can be dangerous (around the pool) if the children are not supervised.
Other neighbors are not that close. Marušići in general is a old seaside village, in these day it is more oriented towards turism.

The distance to the beach is not far but it has a steep descent and climb back. You can find full videos by searching the internet for "Holiday House Botta playlist". The apartment and house is approx. 50 meters above sea level, like climbing a staircase to the 15th floor of a building. You cannot approach any beach in Marušići by car, but there are beaches in the surrounding area which you can access by car (5min drive).

Omiš is 12km away (old Roman city, with a lot of attractions like boat trips to Brač, River rafting, free climbing, submarine trip, big sandy beach, summer pirate festivals, festival of traditional acapella singing, ect.)

Makarska 24km away (a town which is mostly oriented to tourist attractions with a huge beach, great for family visit and night clubbing)

Split is 36km away (also old Roman City with a lot of summer festivals, attractions and museums, good for family visit or night clubbing)

There are also interesting small towns like Pisak, Brela, Baška voda.
