The Space:

This is a beautifully updated mid-century style home in Houston. It features a sleek white brick exterior, spacious front and back yards shaded by mature trees, and a private fenced area. Inside, you’ll find a modern designer touch with cozy living spaces, stylish furniture, and bright natural light. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms fresh and clean, and the layout offers both comfort and charm. Perfect for a short stay close to Houston’s top attractions.

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day before your arrival, you will receive a message with all the instructions. If you still have questions, we’re available for you!



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is quiet, green, and family-friendly, with wide tree-lined streets and well-kept homes. It has a peaceful suburban feel while still being close to Houston hotspots like the Medical Center, NRG, and the Galleria. Guests can enjoy a safe, walkable area with easy access to shops, dining, and major roads.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules

• Pet-Policy: Cats are strictly not allowed. We are happy to welcome dogs only, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per stay. Dogs must weigh 20 pounds or less.

A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, per stay applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog, as prior approval is required. Failure to report pets will result in $400 penalty. Thank you for your understanding!

• Parties or Large Gatherings: Please contact us to verify the possibility of hosting an event. A fee may apply depending on the type of event.

• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. Guests need to log into their own accounts, and if they forget to sign out, we will take care of it after checkout.

• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and guests must dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• Landscaping: Lawn care is performed once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.

• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. If guests encounter bugs, they should notify us immediately. The yard may have wildlife, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear inside. These bugs are not harmful, and we will promptly remove them if reported.

• Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available, but there is no cable TV.

• No Drugs or Illegal Substances: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited on the property. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to the authorities. Additionally, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of drug use is found on the premises.
