Welcome to this 1922 bungalow, surrounded by pecan trees that are at least as old as the home. It's a 6 minute walk to the adorable, brick town square of Abbeville. There are 3 decorative fireplaces, updated kitchen and baths, original pine floors, fine furnishings and a dedicated workspace. The yard is large and private. Have your sweet tea on the flagstone porch with rocking chairs or coffee on the arboreal back deck. From high-speed Wi-Fi to quality mattresses, blackout curtains and laundry, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entire interior was given a fresh coat of paint in 2026 and our home is always professionally cleaned. Woman-owned and inclusive. Welcome!

The backdoor is used for guest entry, accessed from the driveway.
The entrance to the driveway to the home is on Latimer Dr. If turning onto Secession Ave from Highway 72, drive past the house and make your first left onto Latimer. The driveway is the first on the left, flanked by white brick columns. If coming from the north, Latimer is the first street after crossing Magazine street; take a right and the driveway will be on the left.
If arriving after dark, floodlights will turn on as one walks to the back door from the driveway. Solar lights also line the pathway.
