Enjoy peaceful lake views in this fully remodeled home located in front of a charming urban lake surrounded by walking trail (lit at night) volleyball court, bocce court, swimming pool and during the summer you can enjoy the water park with lazy river and tube waterslide.
Just cross the street and you have full access to everything. And you still wake up to an open view of the lake, where ducks, turtle and birds are always around.
