Phoenix IV 4121 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with AMAZING Gulf-front views from the 12th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and dining room

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six, and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two double beds

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking passes are $55 each and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after they have been registered.

• The fireplace feature in the condo is NOT available for guest use.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Beach vacay

This was a perfect property for our family beach vacation. We traveled for our son’s baseball tournament at orange beach Sportsplex and it was a quick drive. Plenty of activities for the kids. Will hopefully be back!

Spring Break with Family

I have stayed in a lot of condos over the years & this one was decorated adorable! It was my husband & I, our 5 kids (ages 10-16), and my parents. We had plenty of room. I did bring an air mattress for our 2 youngest boys so we didn’t have to utilize the sleeper sofa (just easier than pulling it in & out every day.)

Phoenix IV was great! we enjoyed our stay, with the condo being spacious enough to accommodate our family. it was very clean and well stocked with linens. Easy checkin and no trouble with parking. a great trip with with Tropical Storm Claudette.

Wonderful Family Trip

The condo was fantastic! We could not have asked for anything better. The accommodations were top-notch. The kitchen was very well stocked and ready for anything that we wanted to cook. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for anything that we wanted to do and within walking distance to many sites. The kids loved the pool and the beach. The view was amazing!! Thank you for a great stay, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect facing vacation spot!

Both the location & unit were just what we needed! The beaches were white, clean & the best for sand castles. The location was great with grocery, gas & restaurants nearby. The unit had all the extras you need, including beach chairs & toys as well as puzzles & games. Take the “you need to bring” list seriously and add dishwasher soap :) iTrip checked in on us and made us feel well cared for. We’ll recommend this to friends & family and will be back!

Phoenix IV 4121 review

This is a beautiful condo, spacious and roomy with everything we needed. We were 2 families of 5 and everyone had room. We loved that we could sit on the balcony and see the dolphins while we ate breakfast. We also loved that there was an outdoor and indoor pool on site after we tired of being on the beach all day. The only negative, and it really isn’t a negative, was only 1 elevator was working instead of both. Other than that, it was an absolutely wonderful trip. We will definitely try to stay her again.

Fun family vacation

The property was nice and clean. It had enough room to accommodate my family. The beds were comfortable. Only issue was the ice maker/water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work. Management sent a repairman who changed the filter but did not resolve the issue. He left without saying anything so we delt with it the whole time. Other than that small inconvenience, everything was great.

Rocky start...

The property and condo were really nice. The view from the balcony is amazing and the condo is decorated very nice. Our only problem was that when we arrived at the condo at 4:30 (check in is 4) the people were still attempting to clean it from the previous guests. The people that stayed before us had a big time and trashed the place. They did not take the garbage out (didn’t even put the garbage in the can). Empty liquor bottles, beer bottles, beer caps and other trash was all over the kitchen and living area. We found 3 or 4 beer pong balls under the table and couch after the cleaning people left. They did not clean the bathtub or shower areas bc there was still hair in the tub and shower. Floors weren’t mopped. There was food left on the balcony and a few beer cans. Something sticky had spilled on the balcony that had not been cleaned up. The room with the two beds looks to have a leak problem from the vent in the ceiling and it had dripped down the wall or either someone spilled something on the wall. There were dirty towels left in the top of the closet also. This was really nothing to do with the property manager. I just think they need to get new people to clean and I hope they charged the people that stayed before us extra bc it was mainly their fault. Logan from iTrip Vacations is amazing and they made it right for us. They refunded me my cleaning deposit and Logan even dropped off a gift for us. Great company and could tell they try to make things right. I would definitely book through this company again. After the first couple of days, everything mellowed out and we had a great vacation! Thank you, Logan and iTrip Vacations!
