Shoalwater 403 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, newly updated condo located in the heart of Orange Beach with amazing Gulf-front views from the 4th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom.

• Tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a queen sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a wall-mounted TV/DVD.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a wall-mounted TV/DVD.

• The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with a TV. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Wireless internet access is provided

You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

Mother-Daughter Weekend

Overall, the place was great. It definitely served the purpose of a weekend to relax. The facilities are nice, including the pools. I really loved the easy access to the beach. Although I only worked with them over the phone, the staff was super-friendly and made everything so easy. My only negative feedback, is that furnishings and appliances are starting to show wear and tear. The sofa needs to be cleaned, and the rug needs to be replaced. I also saw active roaches that I had to kill on 3 different occasions, including upon arrival. Again, THANK YOU for a great weekend of reconnecting for a mother and adult daughter!
