Shoalwater 403 is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located in the heart of Orange Beach, offering stunning views from the 4th floor.



Condo Features:



• Balcony access is from the living room and primary bedroom



• Tile and vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need. The dining table seating four and there are three barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a queen sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Third bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



• Maximum of two cars allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

9 of us staying. Great access to beach and surrounding shops and eaterys. Our dryer didn't work well so that part was difficult with 9 people's laundry and wet beach towels. The secondary rooms could use a mattress upgrade. Overall great stay with great amenities.

2nd trip to Orange Beach

The condo had a lot going for it and with a couple upgrades would have been excellent. Nice location, close to everything. Pretty easy to get in and out . The moist air has taken its toll on some of the outdoor furniture and the refrigerator. Having an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room and sauna was a nice touch. Would return agay.

Great vacation spot

This was a great spot to stay in Orange Beach! Comfy beds, great water front view, plenty of space, great kitchen, and lots of things nearby. We did have a toilet problem the first day, but maintenance was there within an hour to fix it. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Had no issue with the condo itself. Location was good. It was the issue of having to vacate the premise due to no power and not certain when it would come back on. All the people in the building were having to deal with finding a new place thru their rental agency or going home. The timing of all this was from 5-9 pm. It was getting dark and we had to use flashlights to get everything packed. Apparently this was not a new issue but an ongoing problem and had been for several weeks with the floors 7 to the top I believe, We were on the 4th floor. However, I DO NOT want this to be a reflection on the owner but on whomever or whatever company owns this building and is responsible for the upkeep/maintenance. Before staying here again will make certain all has been maintained and repaired.

Shoalwater condo was very nice and clean. We had no issues during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and beach. Enjoyed cornhole boards at pool. Condo very close to stores and great food. Beaches and area super clean and everyone at Itrip was super nice and helpful. Definitely coming back. Thanks

Nice condo!!!

Our family enjoyed a week long vacation in this condo. We really enjoyed it tremendously!!! The condo is decorated beautifully and has very comfortable beds. The adminites at Shoalwater are great. There is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy! We played tennis, volleyball, swam, dolphin watched, shopped, and really enjoyed the beach!!! We highly recommend this condo!

It's the second time we stayed here at the Shoalwater #403. We had a great time. Everything is great there. However please replace the knives. There isn't anything there that will cut more than butter. We wound up going buy a couple knives to cook with.

Great Condo!!!

Everything was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, even the bunk beds! This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. We even enjoyed watching a storm roll in. It is located close to stores and restaurants! This was a 4 night girls trip, but I’m going back in July with my family for a week. It has a very nice pool for kids and adults and also a nice baby pool. They have a basketball / tennis court on the premises and volleyball net set up on the beach. A great place to vacation!!!
