Thousand Oaks is set amongst a backdrop of natural lakes and woodland and is a small peaceful development with larger than average gardens and superb scenery. Thousand Oaks is a semi-residential community situated on the County Road 54, just west of its junction with the 545 (Old Lake Wilson Road). Within five minute drive from this community entrance you will find the Champions Gate Golf Course, a large Publix supermarket and numerous local shops and restaurants. Even closer for golf fanatics is the new Reunion Golf Course. The major theme parks of Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot and MGM Studios, along with Universal Studios and the Water Parks are all close by. This community is conveniently placed for Interstate 4, which provided easy access to Daytona Beach in the East and Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast in the West.

Great location, comfortable stay

The house is close to major grocery stores, Wal-Mart/Publix. Very easy access to major hwys and attractions. Communication with property management team was quick and helpful. House size is perfect for 8 ppl. Perhaps a quick review of supplies/items periodically would help to bring rating to 4 or 5. Some pots were burnt so bad that the inside was flaking, only 3 tea spoons, no BBQ utensils, no tea towels/cloths. There weren't any pool noodles/toys. The games room is a great idea however all bikes had flat tires and the pump is broken. Only one pool cue and there's a dart board but no darts. Good value for your dollar.
