At Panarea is a rented house, in a small paradise of colors, flowers, green and blue sea, amazing view because we are 200 meters above sea level and only 10 minutes walk from the beach! Paradise is won by 100 steps, but for romantics and lovers of the sea and tranquility, 'the dream and' reach!
The arrangement of rooms fulfills different needs.
The kitchen allows you to have lunch or dinner under the olive trees on terraces, outdoor living spaces with many in the green of the Mediterranean! A HOUSE FOR RENT. PANAREA, EOLEAN ISLANDS, ITALY
On the isle of Panarea there is a house for rent, in a lovely landscape full of the colors of the plants, the flowers, the sky and the sea. It is located 200 meters above sea level enjoying a magnificent view overlooking the crystal waters of the bluest sea you have ever seen. Below it there is a beach, ten minutes'walking from the house going down steps leading to it - a very good exercise keep fit!
The house is composed of two buildings, each one with one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and private bath, Which can accommodate 6 guests. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.
You can have your meals under the olive trees growing around the house or on the terrace in the open air, surrounded by the luxuriant Mediterrenean scrub. A little heaven for an unforgettable holiday!

Soggiorno fantastico!!

Panorama mozzafiato che vale assolutamente la pena dei 100 gradini, che dopo qualche giorno non si sentono neanche! Location perfetta per il mare e anche vicina al centro. La padrona di casa Cinzia è una persona squisita che ci ha accolti con estrema cordialità con uno stupendo aperitivo eoliano ed è stata sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare qui!!

Little paradise

What a gem! Cinzia welcomed us with open arms and made us feel home immediately. We loved every minute of our stay... and every one of the 138 steps to our terrace. The view is worth it!

Calm und charming

Dear Silvia, thank you so much for having us at your beautiful place in panarea. For anyone looking for a calm place in panarea with authenticity and charm we would definitely recommend staying with Silvia. The place offeres two bedrooms (in separate small buildings) with a bathroom each, a beautiful little kitchen, perfectly equipped and stunning terraces. Everything was very clean and Silvia was a super helpful host and a beautiful soul. She helped us a lot with every question we had and welcomed us with cool drinks and some yummy snacks. We traveled as two families with small children (3y). See you next time.

Beautiful home in Panarea

What a gem! We stayed at this property with our two kids and the separate bedroom areas were perfect for our trip. The view is incredible. Cinzia is a lovely host who purchased groceries for us before our arrival and helped us organize transportation from the port to the house. She also helped us find the beach and local restaurants for the kids. A wonderful place to stay on the island! Highly recommended.

Perfect!

Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect. Our host was easy to communicate with and her thoughtful touches were very appreciated. She even made dinner reservations and provided us with welcome snacks and drinks. The home was too beautiful too describe with 2 separate bed and bath areas each with private patios. The kitchen was well stocked perfect for preparing snacks or meals to enjoy on the deck area . The views were the highlight though with nearly 360 degree views of the Mediterranean. Many naps were taken in the hammock. It was a vacation to remember and we can’t wait to return!

Best Location and VIEW in Panarea

Silvia, Cinzia and Maria Elena were amazing hosts. We were treated fantastically and as part of the family. Silvia was lovely and very informative. The house sits on the quieter side of Panarea which to us is the only side to stay. The port is quite noisy with music blaring and teenagers partying. Silvia’s house sits on a hill side above and close to the only beach in Panarea. From the house it’s a 5 minute walk to some wonderful rocks (very mediterranean) where you can swim. If you think, and I would recommend it, of renting a small boat do it ahead of time since the outfit that’s close to the house runs out. The house is incredible. Simply decorated and in perfect condition. Rooms are well appointed as well as the separate kitchen. Air conditioning works like a charm. AND did I mentioned THE VIEW!! Have a drink in all the different terraces and enjoy the different views. Ok. The stairs! To us this made everything even more special and magical. After the first couple of times we didn’t even think about them. Cinzia gave us a grocer that brought the food shopping to the house so we just needed to get ourselves there. My only tip is...pack light! Great house, great host, best view in the world! Thank you!

The most panoramic house of the island

It has been a true pleasure to stay at this lovely house. The house is situated high up on the mountain with spectacular views. The house has several terasses that all has something special and we enjoyed apertivo on a different one for each day. The house is also very well planens since it is divided in two separate houses where each part Of the house has its own bedroom and bathroom. The owner of the house is a very lovely and elegant lady and her lovely daughter are both very helpful and always answers to messages very Quick. The very first day they inviter us for apertivo at their place ( situated beneth the house you rent) and we had a very refreshing apertivo with nice snacks. This was a truly 5/5 experience and i Can recommend this villa to everyone. Best regards, Viktor Augustsson (sweden)

Casa con vista splendida e comoda sia per l'accesso alla spiaggia che per l'arrivo dal porto. La proprietaria si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e gentile: ci ha accolto con un aperitivo e ha avuto la premura di lasciarci latte e biscotti per la colazione seguente. L'ospitalità ha decisamente reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più indimenticabile!

CASA CON LA VISTA PIÙ BELLA DI PANAREA!

Era la prima volta,per me e 4 mie amiche, qua a Panarea per cui non sapevamo che la casa in questione fosse un po' lontanuccia dal centro ( 15 minuti a piedi ); nonostante ciò ci sono i vari taxi e proprio sotto casa c'è la spiaggia e dove affittare i barchini. La casa ha una vista incredibile ma per poterne godere bisogna farsi ben 104 scalini ripidi, e faticosi magari anche con delle belle valigione!! Detto questo, il soggiorno è stato piacevole, e la casa è molto accogliente. Da ricordare che al piano di sotto vi sono le proprietarie di casa ( da non disturbare!! ).

Séjour formidable en cette très belle maison indépendante,située dans un endroit stratégique de l’île de Panarea ,douée d’un beau jardin et d’une magnifique terasse, nous avons pu jouir d’une splendide vue sur la mer et de la vision de magnifiques couchers du soleil. Proche de la mer qu’on peut rejoindre en faisant une agréable et brève promenade à travers un parcours caractérisè par ses ruelles et ses typiques maisons blanches à la Grecque. Chambres de tout confort , excellent niveau de propreté et hygiène.

Wunderschönes Panorama !

Wunderschönes Panorama ! Hatte einen tiefenentspannten Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung, Zimmer sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auf der ganzen Insel gibt es keinen Autoverkehr.Elektrotaxi möglich vom Hafen zum Panoramahaus oder zum Einkaufen . Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf Panarea, wie auch gute Restaurants. Tolle Spaziergänge/Wanderungen(Inselumrundung !). Panarea ,auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert.

We had the most spectacular time in this beautiful home. Up up up the stairs you will be rewarded with incredible views of the Mediterranean off a very spacious and comfortable balcony where we watched sunsets, lighting storms and rainbows. The home is charming as can be - perfectly simple, elegant and clean. Sylvia our host is the best and she took great care of us, and has lived such an interesting life - we must come back to hear more of her stories.

Un posto meraviglioso

Un posto veramente da sogno, con l'arietta del mare che passa da una camera all'altra, tutte su vari livelli, connessi con pergole, bouganville, verde in vecchio stile aeoliano. Semplice ed elegante, con bellissime viste sul mare. Abbiamo avuto difficolta a decidere se rimanere li tutto il giorno o esplorare Panarea ed altre isole. La padrona di casa Silvia molto simpatica. La casa e vicina sia alla spiaggia che al porto; le scale sono tante ma abbiamo goduto l'esercizio e ci siamo abituati subito. E l'altezza della casa che rende la vista cosi spettacolare. Una bellissima settimana.

Wat een uitzicht

Je moet er even wat traptreden voor over hebben, maar als je er bent is het uitzicht fantastisch. De beschrijving van de woning klopt en het terras prachtig. Ook de ontvangst is reuze vriendelijk. Wat een mooi eiland, het strand dichtbij, leuke restaurantjes en er zijn prachtige wandelingen te maken. Het ontbreken van auto's is ook altijd bijzonder. De golfkarretjes zijn de taxi's op het eiland. Wij vinden dit huis een aanrader. Karel en Leny, Nederland

Best Views on the Island

I could not have been happier anywhere else on this magical Island. Sylvia's Casa is the highest house on the hill with the best views. Very close walking to the swimming beach. Sylvia and Cinzia are such beautiful woman to meet. So thoughful and helpful with anything we needed. The house is clean and well kept with everything you may need while you stay. Fresh painted white walls, a darling little kitchen to cook in, a extra large covered balcony, which comes in handy in the hot summer, and cute kitchy art details throughout the grounds. atmosfera e superba vista sul mare

Arrivare alla “casa dei cento scalini”sara’ per i fortunati turisti una piacevolissima conquista. Un panorama mozzafiato, che si gode dai tanti terrazzi che animano questa dimora vi stupirà! La casa è particolarmente ampia e accogliente incorniciata da un curatissimo giardino ,silenzioso lontano dai rumori del paese e dove respirare aria incontaminata.Da non sottovalutare la naturale freschezza della casa e la sua impeccabile pulizia. Una atmosfera unica e rara si respira in questa bellissima villa dove nasce il desiderio di restare per sempre.

VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE, VERY NICE PEOPLE

We had just a great time in the "Casa dei cento scalini", a lot of space,everything clean,very nice garden, really relaxing ambient ,marvelous terrace with a terrific view ,sunny from very morning to evening ,stunning sunsets, very silent surroundings , the whole island with no car traffic !!!!! Very nice people, we will definitely come back !
