Lately some younger families have moved in. But it still has that peaceful, relaxed environment, where people care about each other.

The top floor of the townhouse has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full bathroom for each bedroom, an open plan living room and dining room, and a full kitchen. There is a large deck off the primary bedroom and living room for enjoying the views of the golf course.

The bottom floor is an open space for playing cards, watching TV and doing laundry. Off the main area is a spare bedroom, used as an office, a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower, a kitchenette and a wine closet with mini fridge. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a large closet.

The garage has a brand new epoxy floor and plenty of storage, and even a workbench.

There is plenty of parking. You can fit 2 smaller cars end to end inside the garage. There is also parking available in front of the townhouse. Do not park in the numbered spaces of the neighborhood.

There are many plants in the yard, including fruit trees. The landscaping and lawn care are professionally cared for by the HOA.
