The apartment has a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a sofa-bed (sleeps 2). It also has a modern equipped kitchen and 2 balconies, both with sea view. Walking distance to the beach and to the metro. Building has a 24/7 supermarket and lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

The space
The building is located in Dubai Marina facing Marina canal. Walking distance (10-15 mins) to the JBR beach and Marina beach and 10 minutes to the metro. Building has a 24/7 supermarket and lots of restaurants and shops in the area.
As with many high-floor apartments in Dubai Marina, some noise from the road and nearby buildings can be heard. For added comfort, I’ve provided a white noise machine in the bedroom that you’re welcome to use for a more peaceful night’s sleep.
