Occupying the first floor of the Pietra Setra building, the chalet spans about 100 m² and features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a fireplace, and a south-facing balcony that bathes the apartment in natural light while offering panoramic views over the valley and surrounding peaks such as the Bruson range and the Aiguilles de Chamonix.
Location is excellent, approximately 120 m (a couple of minutes' walk) to the Médran lift station, and around 7 minutes on foot to Place Centrale. Depending on your preference, Chalet Pietra Serena can be booked catered or self-catered with concierge services available, making it ideal for families or small groups who want both luxury and easy skiing access
