Just steps away from the Iconic Hotel del Coronado and equally close to the Beach, Dozens of Restaurants, shops and Grocery too....Each Bedroom has a Bathroom from within the Bedroom,.... so no bathrooms off of a hall. The 1/2 bath is downstairs on first level next to the Laundry Room and adjacent to the Dining and Kitchen areas and the Living room as well. Three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and 4th bedroom is on the 3rd Level, as is the Private Roof top deck where there is a view and a wet bar. This property does have Air-Conditioning, though rarely needed in Coronado
