Why they chose this property
We love this condo because it sits on the southern edge of Lake Washington. We really enjoy sitting on the balcony during the spring and summer months.
What makes this property unique
The property is just minutes from I-5 and a short distance from Boeing's Renton plant. Safeway, McDonald's, Taco Bell and KFC are all within walking distance. The #7 Metro bus line is a block away and the Rainier Valley Link Light rail station is a 20-minute walk from the unit. Travel a couple miles north on Rainier Ave and you enter the Columbia City neighborhood, which is known for awesome local eateries including La Medusa (Italian), Tutta Bella (Italian), Island Soul (Caribbean), Geraldine's (American), and we can't omit the Columbia City Bakery or Molly Moon's ice cream!
