The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Location of the property was different from what was sent in the email update prior to our arrival which was confusing. Owner allowed luggage drop off which was helpful. WiFi worked well. Bathroom shower and floor were not cleaned well. Plenty of towels. It was an overall nice stay. There were small details that could us some work to make this place stand out. (Broken blinds, missing half a mirror in the bathroom, extra seating in the living room, tighten screws on kitchen table, extra plates and glassware, more linens for beds which did not include a top sheet, toilet seat that fit). Also having some instructions regarding restaurants, subways, luggage drop off, how to receive shipments, a couple games all would have been a nice to have. We enjoyed the apartment, it was quiet and felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to lots of restaurants and a six block walk to the subway.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolutely terrible. WiFi wasn’t working, tv was broken, electrical outlets weren’t working and the few that were would shock you from the strong power surge, two of my friends got shocked, the towels smelled DISGUSTING. The bed sheets and comforters had stains on them. The two mirrors were dirty. There was no paper towels, only half a roll of toilet paper which ran out by day 2. The shower water was up and down between hot/cold. The blinds were broken only 1 of 3 heaters worked. The host did not help solve any of the issues except WiFi. We deserve some sort of compensation but didn’t even get a response. So disappointing.
