Nice 2-bedroom bougainvillea cottage in picturesque Achlades

Relax with your family or friends in the quiet, green living space we created in the hospitable and beautiful Cretan land, away from exhaust fumes and noise. Our cottage is just 5 km from the sea, while at the same time it faces the foothills of Psiloritis, the highest mountain in Crete, with the beautiful villages and the simplicity of the genuine Cretans who still keep the traditions they took from their ancestors. *** The space : Our cottage is located at the entrance of the picturesque village of Achlades and is only a few kilometers from the seaside fishing villages of Panormo (5km) and Bali (12km) and is fully equipped with everything one needs to feel at home!! It includes two bedrooms, a single kitchen-living room, a toilet with bathtub, a separate small office space as well as two balconies. Each room has its own air conditioner, while two of them have a TV with a Netflix connection. The courtyard is quite large, 650sqm, full of flowers, bougainvilleas, greenery as well as a vine, with outdoor furniture under its shade, while fruit trees (oranges and lemons) give their own touch to the surrounding area of the back of the cottage leaving a beautiful scent during their flowering period. A few meters beyond the cottage, one can enjoy the delicacies of a Cretan tavern with delicious traditional food. Finally, in the village of Perama, 2km away, you will find everything you want from cafes, supermarkets, greengrocers with fresh vegetables and fruits, taverns, pharmacies, gym, hairdressers, banks, ATMs, etc. *** We will always be available for anything you need!! *** Guest access :Free access to the whole cottage. Other things to note : 1) Parties are not allowed in the cottage, as well as noise that will disturb the neighbors during the quiet hours, which have been set according to Greek law: for noon 3-5 and for the night 23:00 - 7:00. 2) Smoking is also strictly prohibited inside the house. It is only allowed on the balcony and in the yard. Finally, it is good to be generally careful, because during the summer months the Greek nature must be protected from the risk of fire but also from the dumping of garbage (there is a waste bin at 50 meters). 3) And a request: when you are not in the house, turn off the lights and air conditioners (a possible power outage can damage them).
