Excellent séjour! The best holidays by far!

Ideal location,beautiful garden,well-equipped villa and very friendly owners. We could easily visit the other parts of Crete, mini markets and shops are close to the villa (1.5-2km), the area is quiet, the house was very clean and we really enjoyed staying on the verandah in the evenings! The house is separate from the other 2 villas so we were not disturbed by the other tenants. The family lives in Rethymno and came to the villas every day to preserve the garden and the swimming pool. Notre séjour était superbe!!

UN ENDROIT IDEAL!

we spent our summer holidays in Crete and stayed in the traditional village Pagkalohori, in one of the 3 charming villas, at Villa Athina. Initially we had hesitations about the shared swimming pool, but it turned out to be the best choice! Our children had company while playing and we have made new friends! The villa is comfortable, fully equipped, with a beautiful garden surrounded by olive trees and flowers. It's close to the beach, just 10min driving from Rethymno town, quiet. We easily visited the other parts of the island (Chania, Heraklion). The owners are very very hospitable! They welcomed us on our arrival (late at night) having prepared homemade food for us. The best holidays in Crete! Un grand merci à Maria, Nikos et Elia...

Unser Aufenthalt hier war sehr schön. Das Haus ist umgeben mit einem Garten aus vielen Zitrusbäumen und Olivenbäumen. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon und wir haben ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin war super, immer schnell und freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing!

Amazing would be the word to sum up this property. The villa we stayed in was set in a tranquil setting amongst olive trees. The family who own the villa are lovely, can't do enough for you and were there to greet us when we arrived. The family make their own olive oil from olives they grow themselves and it is the best we have ever tried, we couldn't get enough of the stuff. Renting a car is a must, as it's a non touristy village (which we had no problem with) there's nothing in walking distance. I certainly didn't hesitate to give a 5 star rating. The Edenbrows

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la villa Athina. Elia et sa famille nous ont reçu avec chaleur et gentillesse. Toujours à l'ecoute, toujours soucieux de notre bien être. La villa est située dans un cadre magnifique, propice au repos et à la détente : une belle piscine et une confortable villa entourées d'oliviers, de citronniers...Nous avons beaucoup appréciée et profité de ce cadre. La villa est également parfaitement située pour nous permettre de rayonner dans une grande partie de la Crète : De Cnossos à Chania en passant par Phaestos et les plages du sud. De jolies plages également à proximité. Merci à Elia, Maria et Nikos pour leur accueil et leur générosité. Cécile

Fantastique !!!

Famille adorable ! Accueil chaleureux, typique des crétois. L'endroit est un véritable havre de paix au milieu de la nature. L'endroit est calme, les villas sont parfaitement équipées. La mer est proche, la ville de rethymnon à proximité en voiture. Nous y sommes allés, nous y sommes retournés et nous y retournerons ! Un grand merci à toute la famille pour leur chaleur et leur générosité !

un ptit coin de paradis

Une villa bien agencée avec beaucoup de charme. Nous avons passé 2 semaines il y fait bon vivre .Maria ne sait pas quoi faire pour faire plaisirs a ses vacanciers, un repas nous attendais pour nous 4 avec des spécialités (c'était très bon Maria)et puis tout au long de notre séjour une surprise de temps a autre (olive ,abricots, gâteaux...)vraiment une gentillesse extrême que l'on oublierons pas la villa est conforme a la description ainsi que l'extérieur piscine et jardin que Nikos entretient régulièrement avec Maria pour rendre le cadre très agréable. Elle se situe en campagne mais non loin des supermarchés une voiture est nécessaire La piscine est très agréable surtout après une journée de visite Elia nous avez donner toutes les indications pour s'y rendre et nous avons trouvé du premier coup . Elia parle un français correct et bravo pour l'avoir appris aussi bien! Voila pleins de bons souvenirs et nous recommandons cette location autour de nous sans problème.

PLUS QUE PARFAIT

Passer nos vacances en Crête était déjà annonciateur de grand plaisir. A cela est venu s'ajouter notre location dans la villa Athina où tout est là pour vous rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Tout d'abord, l'extérieur : le jardin, plein d'arbres, de plantes et de .... cigales et la piscine, toujours très propre et ô combien appréciable après une longue journée dans la chaleur. Puis, la maison en elle-même : rien ne manque, tout est pensé pour votre confort ; du plus petit équipement aux climatisations dans toutes les pièces (des détails remarquables comme une natte de plage, un parasol...) Enfin, et surtout l'accueil de la famille Koutelidakis : leur gentillesse en est même confondante. Le soir de notre arrivée, un repas nous attendait. Et voilà un pot d'olives, de la pastèque, des œufs.... et même un apéritif organisé pour que les 3 maisons de locataires puissent faire connaissance. Donc, si vous voulez fuir la frénésie du tourisme de masse dans un cadre enchanteur et à 5 mn de la plage, cette location est faite pour vous ! Eric, Agnès, Apolline et Héloïse

Vacanze indimenticabili!!!

Risposta rapida da Elia chi parla l'italiano, accoglienza molto colorosa da lei e i suoi genitori, sempre pronti ad auitare. In generale il nostro soggiorno a Villa Athina (4 persone) è stato piacevole. Vi consiglio di visitare l'isola e scegliere Villa Athina!
