Booking with the Brand-Spanking-New, Mid-Town Gem implies that the booking guest is responsible for all guest damage(s) to the interior/exterior of the property during the stay.

NO PETS are allowed. Pet Fee - occupant will be required to pay $400 if evidence of pet on the property without approval.
NO EVENTS/PARTIES or visitations beyond registered guests - this applies to whether guests spend the night or not. In addition to Airbnb`s 2021 ban on events and parties, only registered guests (maximum 4) are allowed on to the premises during a booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $400 fine.

Smoking Fee - occupant will be required to pay $500 if evidence of smoking (ash tray, smoke residue, smell of cigarettes or weed, etc.)

Parking - Parking is available in the garage or on the driveway.

Intentional obscurity of security cameras - Airbnb has a strict policy that all disclosed security cameras are not to be intentionally obscured or blocked off for any reason. Security cameras are available at the front door, and over the driveway, these are facing outwards and cannot record any activity within the house. Intentional blockage of these cameras will result in a $500 fine (ie: placing a plastic bag over it, standing directly in front of it to block activity etc.)

Bodily Waste Fee - occupant will be required to pay $400 if evidence of human bodily waste is found on the property.

No eating/drinking in bedrooms. Water is acceptable.

Furniture is not to be rearranged. Guest agrees to pay damage(s) to property over $50.

Basic Cleaning at Checkout - expected basic cleaning prior to checkout, counters should be wiped down (susceptible to staining), dishes should be placed in the dishwasher, and should be running at checkout. Trash collected and placed in a bag and can be left inside the house by the door. Leave beds undone, used towels placed on bathroom floor in a pile. Thank you!
