Wonderful Waco Vacation home.

Great vacation rental!! Good location, extremely clean and had everything we could have asked for. Property manager was very helpful with our early arrival. Will definitely stay here agsin.

Great location!

Great location to all the things we wanted to do. Short drive to Magnolia and other shopping. Lots of good places to eat close by and across the street is Baylor University. Seems like a safe area and was quiet at night.

Congrats to those that updated this building and created these rentals on a college campus. Besides all the amenities described, the outdoor space is welcoming. Highly recommend this rental with its close location to all those places you wish to visit.

GREAT LOCATION for all things Baylor!

Stayed here for a football game weekend. Really nice to be able to have a homemade family meal and spend quiet time just hanging out with our son who is attending Baylor. Since we live far away we usually have to eat in restaurants and stay in hotels. This is a really nice condo and an unbeatable location. And, we were able to bring our dog. Walked to the game in the beautiful new stadium!

Location, location, location!

I recently stayed at this property to visit my daughter at Baylor. The condo was just as it was pictured and all amenities were greatly appreciated. I cannot stress enough how perfect the location was & what a treat to pull up to the front door & not have to deal with a long walk (in the rain) to another boring hotel room! Deb was so helpful in giving restaurant & shopping suggestions. We tried to go to as many as we could fit in on our short visit. I highly recommend this property & will be returning.

Nice stay

I stayed here for 3 weeks. The location can’t be beat!! I went for a walk around campus every day. My son would stop over between classes and visit. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher and a gas stove. The cons are things that wouldn’t bother someone if they weren’t going to stay for a long time. Cooking was challenging. The pans and utensils are not the best, but usable. I found the tv challenging as well. So I just used my computer. All in all I would recommend this place. And I will be staying here again

As listed! Perfect location for a family visiting their student at Baylor. Super easy to come and go by car or walking the campus even walking to the stadium. Very clean, and the hosts were very quick to respond. The chips and salsa were a great surprise and thoughtful treat! We would definitely stay again!!!

Baylor Spring Break for parents!

My husband and I had an amazing week with our daughter at Baylor and enjoyed staying at this cute condo in the perfect location!! Absolutely loved it and our dog was able to stay with us too!

Great space for girls trip

Waco Birthday getaway

Great location across from the college. Everything we did was no more than 7 minutes away! Great options for food, drinks, shopping, etc…. great little place to stay. The beds were super comfortable, the only thing I would change honestly is the TV’s in the room, a little bit bigger would be nice for those of us with terrible eyes. Overall definitely would stay there again!!! Great little birthday getaway!

Very Clean property

I love this property. It is super clean, has cotton sheets, all the items you need for a long term stay and is located right across from Baylor. I used them several times as I’ve traveled from Alaska to Texas to see my daughter at Baylor.

Townhouse on campus

Great property! Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen had all we needed and plenty of seating at the long bar type table. The only tv is downstairs in the living room but they provide cable. If you stay be sure to go see the 2 bear cubs in their habitat close by!

Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less split my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Why they chose this property

Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community.

Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage.

Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
