Why they chose this property
Walk 2 blocks to Mercardo San Augustin Public Market and MSA Annex & Festival Grounds. Home to a vibrant market district. Shopping, restaurants, markets, diverse architecture to create Tucson's premiere transit-oriented development. Located on the West-End of Tucson's Modern Streetcar line is anchored by two shopping centers. From weekly farmers markets to seasoned bazaars there is lots to do. The MSA Annex Festival Grounds offers a state of the art outdoor entertainment venue for concerts, festivals and events. Eating and drinking include Agustin Kitchens many restaurants inside and outside seating, coffee houses, bakeries plenty to chose and enjoy.

Downtown in Menlo Park. Sit on the front porch to watch the cyclist pedal their bikes. El Tour De Tucson route close by. Fireworks for 4th July show is front yard. Hiking close.
