Enjoy the soft ocean breezes and swaying palm trees surrounding you in this lush island tropical setting. The sandy beach is only a stones throw away and it stretches for miles and is world renowned for unsurpassed shelling. Spend your days swimming in the heated pool, socializing in the whirlpool spa and/or playing a couple rounds of tennis! Pointe Santo C42 has all you could ever hope for in a vacations rental and more!

Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds & a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, rooftop sun deck, shared heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Wonderful beach view. We did not use the pool as we prefer the beach. This is one of the best appointed condos that we have ever stayed in. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Such a great location. We were able to walk to Doc Fords and it was a short bike ride to most shops and restaurants.

Wonderful getaway

Had a wonderful time staying here. The beach was a short walk from the poolside which allowed for migrating back and forth easy.

Beautiful location

We love staying at Pointe Santo. Great location to bike up to Bailey's and the stores on Periwinkle Way. Short walk to the beach. The 3rd floor patio is great for sunrise and sunset watching and star gazing.

Very nice condo! Loved the idea of rooftop access, and the views from the roof were stunning, however when it rained, we were unable to sit on the lanai due to rain coming in through the stairway/roof access. The office staff at Pointe Santo was not very friendly

Good location

This unit is in serious need of an update. Original bathrooms, rooftop deck furniture is very old, but master bedroom bed is exceptionally comfortable and nice new couches. No lock on sliding door to the lanai with rooftop access makes it very uncomfortable. Location and proximity to restaurants and grocery are great.

On the beach, close to most restaurants, very comfortable and well-maintained accommodations. The pictures on-line faithfully represent the rental except for one thing: The weathered boards on the rooftop deck have been replaced and now it's even nicer than the picture.

Sanibel experience

The location was terrific. The condo was nice and clean. Everything we needed was right there except for bikes. The other properties offered bikes right there with no extra charge. The property management was very informative, detailed, and friendly. Ut was nice that the unit had beach chairs etc available . We will be returning soon. Thank you

Great Escape

The walking/bike path was across the street, and we used it to walk to restaurants that are about 1 mile away. The only issues were minor, like the fact that one side of the master bed didn't have access to an outlet.

It was perfect for our needs. There was an issue with the dryer and Sanibel Vacations was attentive and communicated solutions. They continued to focus on the issue until resolution. They were great to work with. I would rent from Sanibel Vacations again due to their attentiveness.

Great Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased with this condo last year but this year was a great improvement because the roof area had been completed redone. Because of the rain showers some of our time was spent on the great balcony. We had every needed convenience except a can opener. The beach is wonderful & great for collecting shells. The sunsets were indescribable from the roof. Also, Sanibel Vacations is a wonderful group to work with. Since our travel expense is no longer affordable, along with the cost of the unit, we are sad to say we won't be returning next year. It is a truly enjoyable place and so convenient to all the great restaurants & shopping. We love Sanibel Island!

Dissappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a nice spot on the island. I chose it for the rooftop sitting area which we never really used. The property was supposed to be smoke free however someone close by was smoking constantly throughout the week I could smell it in our unit. I found the unit quite dated and the condition could use a facelift for the price. We also experienced rowdy guests who where vulgar and obnoxious. Not my idea of a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would not return to this particular property however the office and maintenance staff was great.

Pointe Santo Unit C42

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental unit was nice and clean, but there were some issues that would prevent us from renting this unit again. There was an issue with the Air conditioning duct work that caused a noisy rumble when the AC cycled on. Made it difficult to sleep. Upholstery on the living room sofa was torn in several places. Handle on the washing machine lid was missing...made it difficult to use. Information on the location of the storage unit for beach chairs/umbrella should have been in the Welcome information packet as well as reference to the fact that a luggage cart was available (found this out too late).The unit was in a good location. We would stay at Pointe Santo again but probably in another unit.
