The Pool House Hot Tub Fire Pit King Beds & Views
Step through our gated courtyard and into your own Reno oasis. Spend sun-soaked days lounging by the private pool, then unwind in the glowing hot tub or gather around the fire pit as mountain views wrap the whole scene. Inside, enjoy the pool table, stream or cook in our renovated chef’s kitchen, and settle into three king bedrooms plus a cozy bunk room. Set in one of Reno’s best neighborhoods, our home is a peaceful high-end retreat minutes from downtown and an easy escape to Lake Tahoe.
Step through the gated courtyard and into a quiet world of mid-century elegance, where long architectural lines, warm natural materials, and resort-style amenities set the tone for your stay. Nestled in one of Reno’s most sought-after neighborhoods, our single-story home has been thoughtfully reimagined to offer the privacy of a true retreat with the convenience of being just minutes from downtown, incredible dining, and the Sierra’s outdoor adventures. From the moment you arrive, our home feels intentional—curated for groups who value comfort, design, and effortless indoor-outdoor living.
A peaceful courtyard welcomes you with lounge seating and soft turf where kids, friends, and family can relax and play. Morning sun drifts across this space, making it the perfect setting for your first cup of coffee before the day unfolds. As you move deeper into our property, you’ll find the centerpiece of your stay: a resort-style pool deck overlooking Reno’s skyline and the surrounding mountains. Relax in the year-round hot tub while enjoying the outdoor TV, swim or lounge by the pool, or settle in at the outdoor bar with a drink in hand. As evening arrives, the glow of the city and the warmth of the desert air create a peaceful atmosphere designed for unwinding.
Around the side of our home, the backyard extends the experience with a gas fire pit, two outdoor dining tables, a large BBQ, and sweeping views of the eastern Sierra. It’s a setting built for connection—whether you’re sharing a slow dinner at sunset, staying up late telling stories by the fire, or simply soaking in the stillness of the night sky.
Inside, the open-concept layout blends mid-century character with thoughtful modern upgrades. Our renovated kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops, dual ovens, a gas cooktop, and all the cookware, utensils, spices, oils, coffee, and tea needed to prepare meals for the whole group. A cozy breakfast nook sits just off the kitchen, while a larger dining area offers room for celebrations, family meals, or long conversations that stretch into the evening. With 500 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, remote work and streaming are effortless.
Our oversized living room is a natural gathering place with plush seating, a pool table, a gas-burning fireplace, and a large TV—perfect for game nights, movie nights, or simply relaxing after a day at Lake Tahoe or exploring Reno. Whether your group is big or small, this space adapts to the mood of the moment.
When it’s time to rest, our home offers seven beds across four beautifully prepared bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature king beds with hotel-quality linens and room-darkening shades, including a primary suite with a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom includes a twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups traveling with children.
Thoughtful comforts are found throughout our home: central heating and air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary cleaning supplies, smart-lock self check-in, and driveway parking for multiple cars plus garage space. We offer fast complimentary wifi and streaming services, and long-term stays are allowed.
The location offers the best of Reno—quiet residential living just minutes from downtown, the Truckee River, golf courses, hiking trails, casinos, and renowned local restaurants. Lake Tahoe and ski resorts like Mt. Rose, Northstar, Palisades, and Truckee are all within an easy drive, making our home the ideal base for year-round adventure.
Please note that the pool is closed seasonally from November 1 through April 1 to prevent freezing. The hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining spaces, and all indoor amenities remain available year-round.

What makes this property unique
What makes our home unique is the rare combination of architectural character, privacy, and resort-style amenities—all in one of Reno’s most desirable neighborhoods.
Unlike most rentals, our home is a true single-story mid-century residence with long, low lines and a gated courtyard that creates an immediate sense of arrival and seclusion. The layout was designed for indoor-outdoor living, with multiple outdoor spaces that feel intentional rather than added on.
The backyard functions like a private resort: a large pool with mountain and skyline views, a year-round hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining, and bar area—all positioned for sunsets and long evenings outside. Very few Reno homes offer this level of outdoor amenity while still being minutes from downtown.
Inside, the home stands apart with three king bedrooms, a flexible bunk room, a full-size pool table, and a chef’s kitchen that’s actually stocked for real cooking. The open layout allows large groups to gather comfortably without feeling crowded, while still offering quiet spaces to unwind.
Finally, our location is unique—peaceful and residential, yet incredibly close to Midtown, downtown Reno, the Truckee River, golf courses, and an easy drive to Lake Tahoe and world-class skiing. It’s a place where guests can truly unplug without being far from anything they came to experience.
