Unwind in on the mountainside in Sandy at this adorable above garage apartment perfect for a couple or small family. The location is ideal for travelers that want to experience the mountains since we are located on the mountain with beautiful views from every window. We are located just a few minutes from Little Cottonwood Canyon. The entrance to Snowbird is 20 min away. There are also cross country ski trails about 5 minutes from the house and hikes in all directions. The space features one bedroom with a queen bed, and one sleeping nook with a twin bed. There is also a twin mattress topper for the couch and even a crib for little ones. The hot tub is in a beautiful setting among the trees. There are robes, slippers and towels provided. The bathroom offers a bathtub and a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you’re curling up after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning inside, this delightful home provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

There is a dedicated parking space for you and space in the garage for skis, bikes or other equipment.

We had a quick overnight stay in the most darling apartment. Jennifer is a great host, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable, which made for a perfect stop over between city and snow. It was a quick easy drive to Snowbird. If we come back to ski snowbird, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

This is not the entire home, but a garage apartment with stairs. Our first night we couldn’t find parking due to a bible study at the house. The second day I went to use the grill and it ran out of propane, that night we wanted to sit out by the fire pit but no propane. The hot tub didn’t work and when I brought up to the host her guest responded “The hot tub WAS working. The ice maker on fridge didn’t work, we had to go buy ice. This ad was entirely misleading. I would not stay again

There are stairs to the apartment which this guest didn’t expect. The hot tub is working but the guest had a party with alcohol and unsupervised kids. Parties are against the rules. Several kids were playing with the settings and turned off the jets. We had to clean out the hot tub because there were beer bottle caps in the water and reprogram it after they left, but it’s all clean and working now. The grill does work but this guest wanted to smoke his meat for 4 hours on the grill so he used an unexpected amount. Usually we can work out any parking issues with guests by communicating and even though he had to ask where to park he had a spot. Sometimes the ice maker is turned off but there is ice in the freezer.
