Honestly this place was beautiful in the pictures but upon arriving we were very skeptical of it. The neighborhood is not a very good one so be aware of that Entering everything seems normal but upon further inspection the place was a little dirty like the table and the floors. The bathroom situation was honestly the worst part about the whole stay, the shower was VERY dirty : had clumps of hair in the tub (it was men staying here) , there were roaches in the shower and unfortunately our friends had to meet them in the shower Luckily we were in town for a wedding so we were not there for too long

We have never experienced recurring issues with bugs or insects at this location or any of our locations. In addition, all of our properties are professionally serviced and treated on a monthly basis by licensed pest control companies as part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. We take cleanliness concerns very seriously. Had these issues been reported during your stay, we would have responded immediately and done everything possible to address them. Our goal is always to ensure our guests have a pleasant experience, and we pride ourselves on offering cozy, clean, and welcoming accommodations. This commitment is reflected not only in the reviews for this property but across all of our locations.
