We completely enjoyed our stay at this river house. The backyard property is exquisitely beautiful. You don’t even need to go anywhere because it’s such a pleasure to sit out back and relax.It was comfortable and not too fussy.We had everything that we needed.We wish we lived there all the time.

Was very clean and well appointed house where the redwoods meet the river in the awesome little neighborhood of Villa Grande. There is a semi private beach in the neighborhood called Patterson Point we enjoyed along with the trails in Sonoma Coast park. Recommend checking out Monte Rio Redwoods Trailhead a few minutes down the road. Overall an amazing, relaxing stay in a quiet part of the Russian River - we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

This property is super convenient and easy to find. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the new kitchen, the BBQ, the wood-fired pizza oven and the hot tub. It’s a shady spot, so if you want a lot of sun— go to the dock in the morning or head over to the beach nearby. Walking the dogs in the neighborhood was delightful, as we were surrounded by redwoods. The private beach was easy to walk to and a great place to swim, see river otters, and play sports. Don’t forget water shoes for the river!

This was a very nice house, and great for our dog. The river access was great with very good fishing located all around that area of the river. The kayak needed a little maintenance but it definitely got the job done. The location in Villa grande was nice. I had never been to that exact area but it's a quiet little neighborhood great for walking around, and they have a very nice Beach which is about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the house. Overall very lovely and relaxing.
