Adorable house with multiple areas for families to spread out. It was a lovely stay. You will have to drive about 5-7 minutes to monte rio beach. Walking is a steep climb.

Whether you're here to explore the redwoods, paddle down the river, visit nearby wineries, or simply relax on the deck, we hope you feel right at home.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it’s the perfect mix of peace, nature, and convenience. Tucked away among the redwoods, it feels quiet and secluded, but it’s just a short walk to the Russian River and close to great little towns. We love how relaxing it is here, you can spend the morning kayaking or hiking, then grab a coffee or enjoy wine tasting in the afternoon. The neighborhood has a welcoming, laid back vibe that makes it easy to slow down and really enjoy your time.

What makes our cottage unique is the cozy, vintage charm combined with thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. One of our favorite features is the beautiful sunroom, where you can enjoy morning coffee or unwind with a book while soaking in the natural light and views of the redwoods. The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, making it great for families or groups wanting to spend time together. You get that peaceful, tucked-away feeling, yet you’re only a couple of blocks from the river and close to all the fun activities, wineries, and restaurants the area offers. We’ve worked to create a space that’s welcoming, comfortable, and full of heart.
