Enjoy 100’ of private waterfront with a dock for swimming and fishing on the calm waters of Hogan and Whitney Ponds - summer pictures coming soon! Our cove has a long, shallow entrance perfect for little ones. A large row boat is included, as well as 4 single kayaks and a variety of life jackets. The deck offers amazing lake views, and features a patio dining set for 6, as well as a propane grill.

Inside, guests find a newly renovated kitchen with windows overlooking the water. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, and cookware. A Ninja specialty coffee maker and French press are both available to jumpstart your morning. The dining table seats up to 6 guests.

The living room is stocked with board games, cards, and puzzles for family fun. It features a queen sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping options. Also on the first floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed, as well as a full en-suite bathroom. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs with a shower stall.

In the finished walkout basement, large windows and a sliding door offer continued views of the lake. The living room has both a queen and a twin sleeper sofa. There is also a wet bar with cozy barstools and a mini fridge. A brand new arcade system includes unlimited gaming, featuring Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Dig Dug and more.

The downstairs bedroom features two twin beds. A laundry room with washer and dryer is stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.

A pack n’ play, high chair, and baby gate are all included to keep your little ones safe and comfy!
