This gorgeous 4-star duplex apartment is located in a newly built house on a small hill.
It features a spacious terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea and the breathtaking island landscape. The apartment is ideal for 4 persons, but can also be suitable for 6. On the lower level is a bedroom for two, a master bathroom, a living and dining room and a terrace. On the second level there are an open living space and the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs living room has a fold-out sofa for two additional guests. All furnishings are new and of good quality and the property is completely equipped with all that is needed to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time.
