The space

Encircled by neoclassical architecture and winding ancient streets, there lies the first area, of the city of Athens. Plaka, a 10 minute walk from the Acropolis, known as "Neighborhood of the Gods’ is the oldest and most picturesque neighborhood of the ancient city.
Within the archaeological sites, residential areas, and ancient markets, there lies an exclusive hidden residence, Aerides Luxury Suites.

Encompassed by a historical building of the 1800’s, Aerides Luxury Suites is adjacent to the ancient Roman Market & the world’s first meteorological station, adopting its moniker from the antique monument.

The exclusive property was originally constructed of natural materials such as Pentelic marble; the material used to build the most beautiful architectural creation the world has seen, the Parthenon, dedicated to the Goddess Athena.

However ancient the property’s exterior may be, the interior is equally contemporary. A romantic, harmonious marriage of luxury and modern amenities, equipped with a living area, large kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances; three large bedrooms, including a master and ensuite.

Perhaps one of the property’s most impressive characteristics is its large balcony and spectacular views. Patrons may enjoy their naturally harvested coffee, organic honey, or homemade wine, while viewing a few of the world’s most ancient ad spectacular sights; the Acropolis, and the ancient Roman agora. *****HOUSE POLICY*** allocation strictly two guest per room, less than 3 rooms available for booking ls with less than 5 guests.

***Due to our property being a one of a kind, please carefully read the House Rules, prior to your booking.*** STRICT POLICY: TWO guests per room. For all 5 bedrooms available, booking is to be at least for 9 guests, less than that: adjustment is 2 guests/room.

Amazing stay! Great location and host was very quick to respond and accommodate us early. Great views of the acropolis and clean! They provided waters, fruit, yogurts, and other snacks upon arrival that was a super nice touch after our long travels.

Great location just a few minutes from everywhere we needed to be and from the metro. Monistriyaki markets were a few blocks away with several restaurants around. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having two showers. The hosts left fresh fruit, water and food for us!

An absolutely fantastic home! Great proximity to all you need in Athens. A beautiful welcoming home that’s right next door to the Agora and so close to everything in Athens yet somehow peacefully quiet at night. Great communication and easy check-in and check-out by the host, who graciously arranged airport and port transportation. A perfect gem of a home.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The location was so convenient and made our time in Athens even more memorable. Xenia, our host was so helpful with booking our transfers and making sure everything was set even after an unexpected change for one of our excursions. The apartment was spacious and clean and just right for our family of 5. The added touch of fruit and snacks was unexpected and so thoughtful. We were so hungry from our long flights and this was great for our teens! Our favorite part was mornings on the veranda with coffee and the most exceptional views. Thank you for your hospitality. We loved everything about our time here!

Fabulous place central to everything

Beautiful and clean property with lots of space. Comfortable beds and great kitchen space. Highly recommend as it’s walking distance to everything and the views of the acropolis from the balcony are spectacular.
