No expense spared in renovating this home. Fully Stocked Enormous Kitchen with Quartz Counter-tops and brand new stainless steel appliances - perfect for cooking a family meal or a candlelit dinner. Recessed and Designer Lighting throughout. Spacious Patio and Private Screened In Patio with Heated Swimming Pool - great for grilling, sunbathing, watching some television or just relaxing with a glass of wine. Large two car garage and spacious driveway. Cable big screen televisions throughout (including the patio) and strong Wi Fi. Very close to the beach, walking and biking trails and lots of restaurants and other fun activities!

This home offers three bedrooms with one King Size Bed, One Queen Size Bed, and one bunk bed consisting of two full beds and a twin trundle (three total). Master Bedroom has a private master bath with an enormous tile shower, two large closets and views of the pool and a large cable television with a high ceiling and ceiling fan. Second bathroom is all tile with new tub.

There is also a folding portable Crib for those with small children. The Portable Crib is made of a solid wood, a 3-position mattress support and with a modern flair. The mattress level can be easily adjusted without the use of tools. Orbelle Trading folding Portable Crib, is a play-pen, a changing station and a Portable Crib. The headboard and footboard are extra thick, for safety. Of course, we have a high chair handy too.

Completely fenced-in back yard! Great for dogs - we allow pets on a case by case basis so please reach out to us with the details. We have and love animals so we are very flexible.

The sandy beaches of Flagler County are less than ten minutes away. Jungle Hut Park beach is one of our favorites! Lots of shopping, restaurants and the European Village all very close. Distances to some of the places we like visit are:

Great spring break trip

This property was exactly how it was described in the description. We stayed with our daughters family with two kids age 5 mo and 2 yrs. The crib they had was great for our grandson. We were in the pool everyday. If we were not in the pool we were outside in the patio pool area enjoying the weather. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved playing in the ramp area of the pool and learning how to swim. This house is very clean and close to Publix and Walmart. Just a short 15 min drive to Flagler beach.

Great Family Holiday

Clean, spacious, minimalistic home in quiet family neighbourhood. Close to grocery, restaurants and a wonderful park for the kids and pup. Peter was quick to respond to one issue we had. Pool is shallow and perfect for young kids.

Wonderful Stay

This location was great for our family! Close to town and not a long drive to the beach. Our favorite beach was Ormond, it was more flat and had better sand for the kiddos than Flagler. The house was really clean and could’ve easily fit more people than what we had (4 adults and 2 children). We were able to move the trundle bed into the master bedroom for our kids to sleep in our room with us. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with. The pool area was wonderful! The ramp going into the pool was great for the little ones. We rarely had to clean out the pool while we were there because the cage around the pool blocked debris. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We had a problem with the TVs the first night and they responded right away offering help! Thank you for the wonderful stay, wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Poor Management and Disrespect Host!

Unfortunately during our stay at the "pally retreat" we experienced several issues upon our arrival including fruit flies in the kitchen/ guest bathroom, a mildew stained pool deck with a faulty leaking hose (which is a slip hazard), a poorly lit grubby caulk stained guest bathroom, and bedroom furniture with pet fur and dust debris. To add insult to injury the owner insisted we bought fruit flies with us and our pet (with light fur) must have left the dark hair throughout the house ! Overall the online advertisement of the property does not match the real life in person presentation. As 5 star rated guests at other VRBO rentals the only "retreat " we would recommend to other guests is to run far far away from this property.

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it! The rooms are enormous and everything was completely updated. Everything was brand new! So we fitted our home with the highest quality furniture and appliances we could find! We did not spare any cost. You will find everything you need in our home for an enjoyable family vacation or a romantic getaway!
