The living room has two leather recliners with ottomans, and a large sofa/hide abed There you will enjoy the gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights and delightful sunsets. For entertainment, there is a 43 inch HD Plasma TV, a Blue Ray DVD player, and WiFi internet access.
The kitchen has views of the mountains from a large window and sliding glass door. This door opens to the enclosed patio with gas grill, two tables and chairs. The patio overlooks the greenbelt, has a western exposure and is perfect for your morning coffee and croissant There is a table and chairs for two in the kitchen. All new appliances make the kitchen a delight for your gourmet meals.
The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four overlooking a private atrium. There is a den/office with desk and comfortable sofa/hide-abed for that afternoon book.

The oversized master bedroom with queen size memory foam bed has a private lanai with attractive seating area. On the other side of the room is the new master bath. It has a granite vanity and a monster walk in closet. A separate area has large travertine and glass shower with skylight. The master bedroom includes a TV and recliner for your relaxation.
The guest bedroom has a full size bed with a fabulous library with mysteries, art, history and novels. The new guest bath has a travertine tub and shower. There is a large two car garage with tons of built in storage.

Casa Blanca is a gated community between Monterey and Portola Avenue on Hovely Lane W in Palm Desert. It has four pools and spas, pickle ball courts and several tennis courts. There are walking paths throughout. Upscale shopping, art galleries, and dining are a few minutes away at El Paseo and the River Walk.
Fun things to do nearby include the Palm Springs Art Museum, the new Children's Museum, Aviation Museum, flea markets, The Living Desert, gambling casinos, hiking trails, farmers markets, national parks and the aerial tram.
