Nice house & beautiful backyard, but some basic maintenance needs to be done to keep it in working order - lightbulbs were missing or not working, drains were slow, and overall cleanliness was hit & miss. (underwear and beer cans in the side yard?!) Overall, with some TLC now and on an ongoing basis, this house could be a 5-star destination!

We do want to note that this is a short-term rental, and while we strive to keep everything well maintained and comfortable, it is not intended to function exactly like a long-term residence.
Regarding the concerns mentioned, we did inspect the property after your stay and did not find any drains running slowly, nor have we received similar feedback from other guests. Additionally, the wall shelves with hooks are provided for keys. It’s not meant to hang coats.
That said, we value all input and will continue to review our processes to ensure a positive experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your perspective.

Pool was great however neighbor can be be a bit rude about any sound past 10pmHome is beautiful however:Cleaning crew left dirty showers/tubs floors and bed linen was still dirty and had to be cleaned. Fridge had previous guests leftovers. Kitchen sink, stove and microwave had to be cleaned. Stair rail had food and dirt on it. Mirrors all had toothpaste spots as did all the faucetsFront door has no handle so it's a bit tricky to open and close.
