Clean and comfortable. Easy entry. Stayed for NYE and the room had everything we needed. Planning to book again for NYE 2026!

About the host
Hosted by Samantha Krzak
I grew up in this community, but moved away once out of college. I lived in Chicago for 20 years, and moved back to be closer to family a few years ago. I absolutely love hosting! I have found it to be such a joyous experience for me - one that keeps me busy and keeps things just different enough to bring my "I can't sit still" tendency to a low simmer.
Why they chose this property
Exchange Street is one of the historic, early days locations in Owosso. The home where this unit is located was built in the year 1900. I often think about how the streets weren’t paved then, and transportation was by horse and buggy. So amazing to be part of that history!
What makes this property unique
It's one block back from the Main Street, so traffic noise isn't an issue. Yet, it's a 2 block walk to the center of town. You are close to everything downtown Owosso has to offer, entirely walkable, easy on site parking, historic location, original 125+ year old flooring, and charm!
