About this property

This third-floor, 1260-square-foot condominium is located on the shore of Lake Dillon in the Point Dillon Condominiums. Next to the Dillon Reservoir Dam, you have impressive views of Lake Dillon, the Peak 10 Range, Keystone Mountain and starry skies on your own private over-sized deck with a grill. On those cooler nights you can still take in the awesome view through the large sliding glass doors and windows.

You're going to spend most of your time enjoying everything the area has to offer. Included in your nightly rate we provide the use of 4 daily original shareholder transferable passes so you can hit the slopes at nearby Keystone, Breckenridge and the Arapahoe Basin resorts. There are very few accommodations that offer this amenity. When the weather warms up and the lifts are running, you may use the passes to get one-of-a-kind photos from the mountain tops! There is also a bike trail adjacent to the property that is part of a paved trail system that runs to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail and north along the Blue River. An outdoor enthusiast's dream.

Occupancy is limited by the Town of Dillon to 6 occupants. The king size bed in the master bedroom provides the same floor to ceiling Lake Dillon views and access to the deck. Bring the family or a pair of friends with two extended twin size beds in the second bedroom or spread out with the 2 queen-size pull out sofas in the family room. The whole group can stay connected with the provided high-speed internet.

At the Point Dillon Condominiums you'll enjoy convenient location and amenities which includes an indoor swimming pool and hot tub for all seasons. The unit has 2 underground parking spaces with an elevator providing easy access to the unit on the third floor. We are located just a 5-minute walk to downtown Dillon. Forgot something at home? We're also a short distance to outlet and shopping malls.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets. The unit is professionally cleaned before your arrival and after you leave for the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

We hope to welcome your to our condo! Please submit a request to stay or reach out with questions. We prefer full-week stays from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning, but will consider 3-day rentals during certain periods of the year. You're going to want to stay a week!

Leaving is the hardest part

We really wanted to stay forever. The condo is as advertised. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are beyond amazing day or night. The deck is a great space and warmer than you'd think on a fall day. Leah and Stephen were easy to reach and prompt to get someone in if repairs are needed. We stayed during the shoulder season so the resorts weren't open for us to use the passes. What a bonus for skiers or mtn bikers. We definitely recommend this property and plan on visiting again.

Highly recommend this property! The location is perfect for summer day trips to Frisco, Breck and Keystone. Many restaurants within walking distance and also a grocery store close by to get your essentials for meals to eat on the patio. Huge patio with lovely views! The beds were very comfortable which was a plus!

Fantastic home base for skiing

This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. Cozy, breathtaking view, and really well situated. I’ve never heard of a VRBO offering 4 daily ski passes, but it made for the trip of a lifetime. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great place with great owners

This condo is centrally located to all the Summit County ski areas. Plenty of room, and in great condition. Finding a place with ski passes was awesome and appreciated! The owners were very responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing View on Lake Dillon

The pictures don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the oversized patio. The condo is conveniently located next to the dam so Frisco and Breckenridge were minutes away. The Dillon Amphitheater is about 1/4 mile away and we could hear the concerts from our patio. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here! The view was spectacular and the location was wonderful for hiking and biking! The condo was clean and well-supplied for all of our cooking/cleaning/sleeping needs throughout the week. It was really nice to have private, secure parking and space to put our bikes. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The facility was undergoing structural maintenance while we were there and the workers did an awesome job of working around everyone going in and out. Our only negative was that the elevator was out of order all week. We got in good shape going up and down the stairs!

Dillon Lake beauty

Great getaway place.

It was our second time staying in this condo. It’s very convenient to have the ski passes and be right in town. We enjoyed the great view from the window, the hot tub and pool, the slopes at keystone and a-basin. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Couldn't be any happier.

My experience renting this condo was excellent. All the communication from rental to check-in was reliable and responsive. What I enjoyed most was the cleanliness and overall condition. The view is excellent and I loved sitting on the deck with morning coffee or an afternoon book. I hope to stay there again next summer.

Fantastic Views and Central Location!

The views are breathtaking from the living room, master bedroom, and private balcony, which is huge (runs the width of the condo)! Condo was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Reserved parking in a secure garage was a bonus. What a peaceful and relaxing trip – we hope to visit again soon…

Great place to get away as a family

From the start Steve and Leah were super polite, responsive and welcoming. Their place is well equipped, accessible to ski lifts, hiking & biking trails and the town. The place was clean and spacious, allowing us to spread out and had plenty of room for our gear. Waking up to amazing views everyday was an added plus! We certainly enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

Never a worry...

This was our third stay at 307 and we are constantly blown away with the customer service we receive. The unit is always immaculate and everything you need for a great stay is included. There were lots of updates due to COVID and we were notified as each came out allowing us to plan accordingly. The owners are just a call away to answer any questions and they go above and beyond for their guests!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The VIEW!

The condo was perfect for our Summertime trip! Clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were very responsive to my many questions before and during our stay. There are a few items I look for in reviews so I like to cover them during mine: Items that make this unit GREAT: View- owners- elevator- secure garage parking - well stocked kitchen-BBQ grill- large deck for outdoor eating/relaxing- humidifier provided -quiet (couldn’t hear neighbors while inside) - Large sliders in living room and bedroom to deck- Ample room to unpack - Washer/dryer in unit -Tap water was good, no need for bottled.- WiFi and TV worked well- central location for all of our activities, with easy access for our bikes and my ISUP. Not so Great- beds were a bit too firm, (personal preference), Couch and Throw pillows could use a steam clean. Of note: the light fixture in the dining room is Amazing! Thanks for sharing your home! We, Steve and Leah, grew up and worked most of our lives in Iowa until retiring in Colorado. Steve had the privilege of being a partner of Bill Bergman, one of the founders of the Keystone Resort. We, along with other Iowans, were original shareholders of Keystone International, Inc. which is the reason we have the four transferable ski passes. Our family has vacationed in Summit County for over 50 years.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our condominium in 1979 primarily because we fell in love with the views from the family room, master bedroom and deck. The unit is located adjacent to Lake Dillon and a large lawn between the building and Lake Dillon. The south wall is primarily glass so, unless you lower the blinds, your view takes in the lake, mountains and sky. The underground parking, indoor pool, and hot tub were also factors in our decision.

What makes this property unique

In the summer after biking on the hard-surfaced bike trail (adjacent to the condominium) to Vail, Breckenridge or Keystone or hiking, mountain biking or just sight seeing, enjoy relaxing on the deck and absorbing the views. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub with a water feature are also options.

In the winter most of our guests take advantage of the 4 free ski passes to ski and snow board at Keystone and Breckenridge or Arapahoe Basin. Keystone has great programs for kids, including skating, tubing, a snow fort and ski and snowboard lessons.
