Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
All trash goes into the bear box adjacent to the driveway. Recycling goes in blue bags in left can. All other trash goes in black bags in the right can. Must lock the bear box and remove the key!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
