Our brand new apartment is idyllically and conveniently located (5 min. S8, 5 min. A96) on the outskirts of Gilching's Geisenbrunn district, exactly in the middle between Munich and the lakes of the 5-Seenland in the Bavarian Alpine foothills.

Business travelers and holiday guests can visit the Located on the west-facing, non-smoking apartment, enjoy your well-deserved sunny end of the day or vacation and let your gaze wander from a balcony over the farm's own orchard, which invites you to relax in the green in summer. In just 20 minutes you can reach us publicly or by car from our Munich apartment.

The exclusive, rural-modern carpentry furnishings in the bright studio with a separate, cozy living and sleeping area with high-quality natural stone and parquet floors and a fully equipped kitchen, together with fast internet and free parking directly on our premises, ensure a carefree stay our sustainably managed part-time farm.

We are happy to enable flexible arrival and departure at Landhof Sedlmair at any time of the day.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay here! The place was much bigger than expected. The shower was the best! Very big bed. Our son loved that he could reach the light switches (haha) and he loved the cows outside. She had a bed made up for him and high chair before we got there. Only 2 minute drive to the main train station.

Our stay was AMAZING! The apartment has been finished beautifully by Michael, who is a carpenter! It was spotlessly clean with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The farm has fresh eggs you can buy - our kids loved going out to get fresh eggs for their morning breakfast. The location is perfect - in Gilching which is a charming center - close to München by train or car and the surrounding lakes, towns and ….Liechtenstein! We spent most evenings sitting outside enjoying the quiet and as an added bonus…..playing with three very sweet and attention-seeking farm cats…Mama Mitzi (24 years old), and Sissy and Franz, two mischievous 3-month old kittens! We highly recommend this location and cannot say enough good things about it! Hope to see you again, Michael and Nicola!

Ich empfehle ausdrücklich

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Gegend, in Geisenbrunn. Sie ist groß, sauber und bietet viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Ich habe zwei Monate hier gewohnt und meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind fantastisch und sehr freundlich, helfen gerne bei allem und geben Ratschläge für die Gegend. Man kann in der Gegend schöne Spaziergänge machen oder einfach nur bleiben und fernsehen. In der Freizeit gibt es viel zu tun, man kann die Spaziergänge in den Landwirtschaftsgebieten genießen, an den Seen spazieren gehen oder in den Wäldern spazieren gehen. Alle Geschäfte sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in drei Richtungen zu erreichen. Ich empfehle ausdrücklich einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt hier. Ein großes Dankeschön an Nicola & Michael Sedlmair Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
