The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- In the summer, please set thermostat to 74 degrees and in the winter, please set thermostat to 68 degrees at checkout.
- If any furniture is moved, please put back in its original location.
- Please put all used bath towels/washcloths in hall bathtub at checkout.
- Please strip linens from any used beds and leave in upstairs hallway bath tub upon checkout.
- Please remove all personal items, remove all food & drinks from refrigerator & pantry upon checkout.
- Please make sure all exterior doors, windows & garage door are closed & locked upon checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
