Poor communication from how to get to the location to check out. The housekeeper came and was God awful rude. I will not be booking with this host again. I asked for a late check out and it was agreed upon on Friday and Sunday I get a call 45 minutes before the ride housekeeper showed up and that really caused a lot of stress and frustration and was so last minute. I could have paid for the late check out as I had previously discussed.
