Your home away from home in Solterra resort. with 5 bedrooms. This home has a heated pool and is just a few steps away from the tennis/pickleball courts and the clubhouse and lazy river. With no rear neighbors you can enjoy peaceful morning coffees by the pool! A BBQ grill is also provided for you. This newly updated house features rooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 rooms twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV/Roku box. The upstairs living room includes a comfy sofa bed, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of adventure. With heating and AC, the house stays comfortable year-round. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances such as a blender and air fryer and coffee/sugar is supplied for your use. The garage is a games room and also features a 240 volt plug to charge electric vehicles. It also has a separate air conditioning unit. We think our place will help you experience everything Davenport has to offer.

We are originally from Canada and bought this house as a vacation home for when we visited Florida. We love our visits here at this beautiful resort and want to share it with others to make some beautiful memories here. We love enjoying our morning coffees in the Florida sunshine year round- whether we have the fan on or we need to bring a blanket out, we love the Florida life!
Why they chose this property
Our favorite thing to do is drink our morning coffees by the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet. The location of this home is perfect. There are no rear neighbors but the tennis and pickleball courts are only a few steps away and the lazy river and resort pool are less than a minute walk! There are lots of sidewalks throughout the resort to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful palm trees. This vacation home has lots to offer, close to lots of great restaurants and a 7-11 just outside the community for all your last minute needs!

Its location is prime within the community with its proximity to the amenities. We have also provided a grill for your use. We have a charging plug for electric vehicles in the garage.
