How this listing gets consistent 5 star reviews can be easily explained. Everywhere you look, they let you know that if it's not a 5 star review, to contact them directly. Also, that nothing is perfect so consider multiple imperfections and give them a 5 star. Well, not in my book.Arriving early and reaching out for early check-in, even if it's encouraged by managment, is false advertising. They are not actually checking to see if your unit is available early. In fact, check-in at 4p wasn't even an option for us as they didn't provide the building door code. The only information that was communicated was how to find our floor and the door code for the unit. Sitting at the pool to wait on our room would have been cool too but not offered. Late checkout? Not an option either. Pool gate code? Not provided. I was constantly texting the help number to get codes to access the building. The first thing I did when I arrived was wash the bath mats. They were disgusting. Bonus, there was a washer/dryer and laundry soap to clean them. The bath towels are paper thin. I can say, the bed is comfy. Window and door blinds were half inoperable. The entire building was built by the cheapeast build. Should be trashed within the next 3 years.Food service truck arrived at 4am to deliver to Titos and vibrated the entire room for an hour. Felt like mormon "soaking" for an hour. But with my husband.Fake 5 star reviews here folks. Beware.
