No smoking inside the home/garage. No unauthorized guests/pets and or events.
No jumping on the air mattress. No hair dyeing in the home. This will minimize damage to linens, covers and towels.
By booking with us you give us permission to charge you a payout of $50/guest/night fee for all unauthorized guests/Pets. $100 fee for smoking inside.

What a gem! Perfect for our family visiting the water park. Welcoming and enough rooms for our kids to have their own spaces. A cute patio to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. The photos don't do it justice. Very comfortable.
