Overall the house was good however it did have a strong fried food odour in the house that lingered throughout our stay. Also disappointed with the furnishings in the living room the vinyl sofa was peeling and torn you needed to have a blanket on it to seat comfortably. Being told we were the last VRBO rental for the property probably the reason the furniture was not replaced. The three bedrooms upstairs were nice with clean bathrooms. Just one suggestion is that heavy bed frames should not be placed over the heating vents so two of the bedrooms were quite warm at night since the cool air was not able to circulate in the room. The fourth bedroom on the main floor was a converted den or office with no windows and glass french doors with clear glass no coverings so no privacy, so not a suitable bedroom. The grass was in desperate need of a mowing .We did like the location and closeness to shopping. Our host was very approachable and quick to respond. Overall our stay was good but not our best VRBO experience.
