With 4 inside +1 outside bedrooms/ featuring a mix of king, queen, full, and twin trundle beds, guests can easily find their ideal spot to relax. 3 1/2 bathrooms offer plenty of space for everyone to refresh comfortably. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re winding down after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this serene space welcomes you with open arms. Is a heaven for kids with a full premium play yard trundle twin beds and a fun pool with amenities. We are so close to mayor hospitals and the UofA that is the perfect place for medical professionals and or family visiting. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Bring the whole family or your self to this great place with lots of room for fun or unwind. Stylish modern ranch with upgraded appliances, Non-heated swimming pool, back room (5) room, premium full sized kids play yard, expansive patio,(with concrete and turf, grill, fire pit, citrus garden, 2 pet corridors) to escape from the routine in a tranquil retreat. 4 min from 2 mayor hospitals St Josephs and TMC. 3 min from park place mall, 10 min from mayor hiking paths. We have a 2 night minimum for booking specially on weekends. No loud music after 10pm, except on the new years eve of course. Is also 8-15 min from the university of arizona depending on the traffic. Is on the bike lane and a family friendly neighborhood. extra bedding available upon request per guest fee of 150$ to accommodate up to 18-22 sleeping guest. Extended stays are welcomed. Perfect for kids and family gatherings. Pet friendly home ( extra fee for fur friends)

This is a clean home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a main living area, which includes the kitchen, dining, and living room. The table seats 6, and there is a huge island that has seats for 4 more. There is a large couch for watching television and a foosball table. We had no young children with us, but there is a nice play structure in the backyard and a pool. The backyard is completely enclosed. There is a fence available to keep little ones from accessing the pool if requested. All of the rooms are of good size, however, the 5th room that is advertised is not connected to the main house. It is a part of the building in the backyard. We stayed here with my adult kids and only my 23yr old son was willing to sleep out there. There was nothing wrong with the room, but it only had a bed. No other furniture was inside, minus the AC/heater unit attached to the wall. There is a bathroom in this building, but you have to go outside to access it. There is no direct access from that bedroom. Keep that in mind if you have a bunch of young kids you are wanting to bring. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, but just an FYI. This home fit 7 adults comfortably. The primary bedroom is on the opposite end of the house as the other rooms. Racquel, our main contact, was quick to respond to our questions and was kind. We would stay here again.
