Welcome to The River Haven Lodge, a luxury riverfront estate on the Salmon River built for multi-generation families, retreats, large groups, and guests needing full accessibility. This 8-bedroom, 5.5-bath lodge + private ADU sleeps 22 guests across over 2 acres of gated grounds, featuring spa amenities, a chef’s kitchen, a Theatre/Game room with a 100” TV and 425 feet of private riverfront with both walking and ADA paved access paths.


The estate includes three ADA-accessible decks, two ponds, Zen gardens, a yoga pavilion, multiple fire pits, two grilling stations, and a full-property backup generator for stormy mountain nights. Inside, you’ll find two dining tables seating 20, multiple fireplaces, a stunning kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and a separate ADU for extra privacy.

This is not just a home — it is an entire mountain retreat estate designed for comfort, accessibility, gathering, and unforgettable group experiences.

The property exceeded expectations. The area around the property is so beautiful. You immediately hear the running stream as you arrive. Then you look at the structures. Each part has is unique character. From the main house to the wet/dry steam room, the entertainment room, even the Koi pond. Kitchen had plenty of room. We were 15 people total. This is a great gathering for a family reunion or even a intimate corp retreat. Everyone had privacy and noise was not an issue. We were so glad we got this unit. My daughter wanted a small private exchanging of vows presided my his grandfather. It was the perfect setting. Plenty of bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and give it a 5 star rating. Had a few minor questions and kelly our host got everything taken care of immediatly.
